CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION:
Select A Pik takes pride in customer confidentiality and will never pass nor discuss details with third parties.

DAMAGES:
Please advise us within 24hours should you receive any damaged goods and we will endeavour to investigate.

ORDERS:
Please allow up to 14 working days from placing your order to receiving it.

POSTAGE, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY:
All costs shown include postage, packaging and delivery for orders within the UK. Orders for a destination outside of the UK will incur additional delivery costs and the recipient will be liable for any import taxes.

Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and have to be signed for by the customer. In the event that the customer is unavailable to accept delivery the package(s) can be delivered to alternative address. The alternative address should be clearly identified in the comment box when placing your order; otherwise the package will be returned to the local depot for collection. A re-delivery charge will apply after this time.

PAYMENT:
Online orders can be paid for through the secure online payment system.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

RETURN OF GOODS:
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund excluding postage and packaging costs. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Please note – your original invoice will be required as proof of purchase.

CANCELLATION:
You can cancel orders within 7 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund of the price of the goods excluding postage and packaging. If an item has already been despatched when you cancel the order, we shall process the refund excluding postage and packaging costs when the item has been returned. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods/cancellation notification.
